ENTRIES
Entries are NOW OPEN and MUST BE RECEIVED ten days before a tournament begins. Illegible entries, entries without the entry fee will NOT be considered in the draw.
PLAYERS ARE LIMITED TO ONE EVENT PER TOURNAMENT!

MATCHES
Early round matches will be 2 regular sets with a 10-point tie breaker instead of a third set. Semi-final and final matches will be the best two our of three sets with a 12-point tie break at six games all in any set. There will be regular scoring for all matches. A 15-minute default time is strictly enforced. Check-in is 15 minutes before a scheduled match.

AGE AND SATELLITE ELIGIBILITY
All players must be current USTA members.

THERE ARE NEW RESTRICTIONS FOR ALL SATELLITE PLAYERS! Check the Blue Book or online at USTA.com for changes! A player may play his/her age group until the month of his/her birthday. the starting date of a tournament determines the player's eligibility to participate in that tournament.

PRIZES
Trophies awarded to winner and runners-up

REFUNDS
If an event is cancelled, there will be a refund. No refunds after the draw is made. (Minimum of 8 entrants for each event)

NOTIFICATION
In order to mail a postcard to each player, legibly PRINT your name, address, phone number, and current USTA membership number on the entry form. Entrants are responsible for ALL their own start times. The draws and start times may be found online at USTA.com. ALWAYS CHECK USTA.COM THE DAY BEFORE YOUR MATCH TO CONFIRM YOUR TIME.

PLAYER AVAILABILITY
Players must be available to play as scheduled and during any problems that may arise. Some play may be under the lights. You are expected to remain available for any rescheduled time.

LIABILITY
Players participate at their own risk. The Burbank Tennis Center and The Racquet Centre assume no liability for any accident or injury incurred during these tournaments.
